No, we do not have a self-serve yard. We will remove all parts from vehicle within 24-48 hours and have them ready to pick up.
Yes, due to the volume and no-show customers, we require a deposit on all orders. Whether you leave one in-person, e-transfer, or credit card over the phone, a minimum $25 deposit is required on all orders. If the part you ordered is defective, we will refund your deposit.
Once your order is ready, you have 2 weeks to pick up the part before the order gets cancelled. If you need more time to pick up your part, please call us to notify us of a later pickup date.
Yes, $60 is the minimum charge for any part no matter how small.
No, for all these we recommend you buy new or aftermarket parts.
Yes, we can deliver parts for free within Winnipeg to an automotive shop. We do not deliver to residential addresses.

Yes, you do have to pay tax on all used parts sold.
No sorry, we do not do any trades for parts. You’re welcome to try selling these yourself on Kijiji Or Facebook Marketplace.
All parts a sold with a 90 day parts exchange or in-store credit. You’re welcome to bring parts back but will only receive an in-store credit. Restocking fees may apply.
Yes, all parts are sold with a 90 day parts only warranty. We do not cover labour or any additional expenses. We do have a Labour Warranty that can be purchased, see our Warranty page for more information. Warranty starts at time of purchase. You must be able to provide a receipt to make a valid warranty claim.
Yes, if you bring us coffee and donuts we will definitely get a rush on your order.
Yes, we do accept E-transfer. Once we have an order for you we can give you all the information needed to send an E-Transfer.
